Prague Poludne Warsaw for rent is one of the largest and most diverse areas of the capital: from elegant Saska Kępa with houses from the 1930s to large apartment blocks of the Soviet era. The district is located on the right bank of the Vistula and is traditionally cheaper than the left bank with comparable transport connections.
Saska Kępa is an exception: a small neighborhood with villas, chambered streets, embassies and coffee shops. Here, prices approach Żoliborza. The rest of Praga Południe is more working-class, but is rapidly being updated thanks to new residential complexes and the proximity of the M2.
For whom: families with children looking for a new base at a lower price, young people who want a right-bank alternative to Woli, and those who like 'authentic Warsaw' without the tourist gloss.
Transport and location
Praga Południe is the right bank of the Vistula, south of Praga Północ. Across the Łazienkowski bridge — 10–15 minutes to Mokotowa. Metro M2 (Stadion Narodowy) is on the border with Saska Kępa.
