Ursus Warsaw rental is a former factory town (the famous 'Ursus' tractor) that has been transformed into a residential area with new neighborhoods. Attached to Warsaw in 1977, Ursus still retains a certain 'suburban' character.
The KM/SKM railway connects to the center (Warszawa Zachodnia) in 20-25 minutes - better than the bus. The planned westward extension of the M2 could significantly increase prices in the coming years, but the timing has not yet been confirmed.
New condominiums 2018–2024 offer a modern standard at a price that has not yet caught up to Bemowo or Woli. For those who are looking for new apartments within the city for a minimum price, this is the best option.

Ursus is the extreme west of Warsaw, bordered by Włochy (east), Bemowo (north) and Pruszków outside the city limits.
